  • Beef shank 300g
  • Beef tripe 200g
  • Cilantro 30g
  • Chili oil 3 tbsp
  • Sichuan peppercorn powder 1 tsp
  • Light soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Minced garlic 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp

Steps

  1. Clean and cook beef shank and tripe until tender
  2. Slice beef and tripe thinly
  3. Mix sauce ingredients
  4. Arrange sliced meat on plate
  5. Pour sauce over and garnish with cilantro
