  • All-purpose flour 300g
  • Ground pork 250g
  • Napa cabbage 200g
  • Ginger 10g
  • Scallion 20g
  • Soy sauce 15ml
  • Sesame oil 10ml
  • Salt 5g

Steps

  1. Mix flour with water to make dough
  2. Let dough rest for 30 minutes
  3. Chop cabbage and squeeze out water
  4. Mix pork with seasonings
  5. Add cabbage and mix well
  6. Roll out wrappers
  7. Wrap dumplings
  8. Boil in water for 5-6 minutes
  9. Serve with dipping sauce
