
Cold Tofu Salad
A simple and refreshing cold dish with silky tofu and flavorful dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 package soft tofu (about 300g)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds (optional)
- A few drops of chili oil (optional)
Steps
- Remove tofu from package and gently drain excess water.
- Cut tofu into 1cm thick slices and arrange on a plate.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar until well combined.
- Drizzle the sauce evenly over the tofu.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
- Add a few drops of chili oil if you prefer some heat.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Tips
Use soft tofu for better texture. Handle gently when cutting to prevent breaking.
