
Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast
 - 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp vinegar
 - 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp cooking wine
 - 1 tsp cornstarch
 - 2 tbsp cooking oil
 - 3 dried chili peppers
 - 2 cloves garlic
 - 1 slice ginger
 
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
 - Heat oil in a pan, add dried chili peppers, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.
 - Add the marinated chicken cubes and stir-fry quickly until they change color.
 - Add sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry evenly.
 - Finally, add the roasted peanuts and stir-fry a few times before serving.
 
Tips
Cook quickly over high heat to keep the chicken tender.
