  • 1 package soft tofu (about 300g)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds (optional)
  • A few drops of chili oil (optional)

Steps

  1. Remove tofu from package and gently drain excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into 1cm thick slices and arrange on a plate.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the sauce evenly over the tofu.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
  6. Add a few drops of chili oil if you prefer some heat.
  7. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Tips

Use soft tofu for better texture. Handle gently when cutting to prevent breaking.
